3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange for damaged or defective items. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item to help us assess the situation.

Sale items are eligible for returns or exchanges, but only at the discretion of RichBina. We reserve the right to reject returns for sale items if they do not meet the return criteria.

6. International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that international return shipments may take longer to process, and you may be required to pay customs duties or taxes on your return.

7. Gift Returns

8. Exchange Policy
