Insufficient Funds: If your payment is declined due to insufficient funds or other issues with your payment method, your order will not be processed until a valid payment method is provided.

All transactions on RichBina are conducted in EUR (Euros) unless otherwise stated. If your credit card or payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment processor will handle the currency conversion, and additional fees may apply.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled. However, if you wish to return your order, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy, where you can find instructions on how to return products for a full refund, subject to our policy terms.
If your order is canceled or refunded, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
